How do I get paid?
We pay out using Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Wire, ACH & Crypto. We provide flexibility, but we are also quick.
If a product arrives damaged or the quality is not up to par, we will immediately attempt to contact you and work something out. If we cannot come to an agreement, we will send the product back to you.
Unlike other buyers, we do not have any package requirements as long as the product gets here without damage. We recommend using proper shipping and packaging techniques and supplies, but it is not enforced. Feel free to reach out for suggestions/help with how to package your product(s).
Shipping is the full responsibility of the seller unless dictated otherwise. All products must be shipped within 2 business days of the sale being confirmed, we are understanding if issues happen with the shipping provider but you need to get it in the system in at least 2 business days. The confirmed upon price will lose it's guarantee if the shipping/delivery process is taking an abnormal amount of time. These conditions are final unless the seller requests otherwise before hand.
INSIDE THE BOX
An invoice must be placed inside the shipment, or payment will be delayed until the invoice is received. If you need an invoice template or help, feel free to reach out to us!
What products do we accept?
We only accept deadstock (new) sneakers, but we can be lenient if asked before hand. The shoe/box must be in fair-good condition, if you're not sure if it will pass our authentication feel free to ask us.
