Return Policy at Halftime Kickz

All sales with Halftime Kickz are final. We are a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. However, in some circumstances, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Halftime Kicks will not honor any claims once the tag is removed from the shoe or if the shoes have been worn.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can also ask for a return by filling out our return request form here. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS IN STORE CREDITS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
