For US domestic orders, processing and verification times range from same day to up to 3 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Signature will be required upon delivery for all domestic orders with a product value equal to or greater than $750.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For international orders, processing times can be up to 5 business days before order ships.


We do not accept order cancellation requests as our fulfillment process begins once an order is shipped.  All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event an item becomes unavailable, we will fully refund your purchase back to your original form of payment. This may include specific items within an order. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

As per our return policy, all final sale orders are final. Only full-price items may be eligible for a return in some circumstances (defective, damaged, etc). Customers will then have to process a return request with our customer support within a three (3) day window of delivery date. Once the return has been approved, customer will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Send an email to to initiate the return process with your order details, full name as well as reason for the return. Our return policy is as follow:

  • Submit return request within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Ship the item within 3 days after approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information and to keep the receipt.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition received, including packaging and tags. Shoe boxes should not be used as the packing box.
  • Final sale orders (discounts, sale, promotions) and international orders are not eligible for return.
  • Once the return is approved and receive, the customer will receive a store credit less a 15% restocking fee.

Please allow 10-14 business days from receiving your return to evaluate and process the return.

We are able to process exchanges in certain circumstances providing that the items is new and unused.
